Recently I was asked how services can use Facebook effectively. It is harder to market services on Facebook than products, it requires more patience but it can be done. It doesn’t really anything different to a product page requires, except more patience.
For example you might walk down the road and go past a shoe shop and think “I like those shoes”, however it is unlikely that you walk past an insurance office and think “I like that insurance place”, hence why the task of getting people to like your insurance business is more challenging.
