Have you ever had one of those days when you can’t think of what to post, whether it is on your blog, YouTube, Flickr, Twitter, Google+, Facebook and the list goes on?
I think we probably all get those days from time to time, and often the result is that what gets posted is not as good as it should be.

Along with probably a large percentage of the population I kicked off 2012 with a new fitness routine. This morning rather than do my workout I had planned I did one that I got free on a DVD in the paper. The guy who did the workout was slimy and annoying, plus he didn’t have any adaptations on the exercises for those of us without a finely toned 6 pack body. Contemplating this today while I have been working and I really am not keen to do the workout again.

Happy 2012 
Last year I celebrated New Year’s Eve in London, in fact I am still here…. I saw the fireworks, I have to say that they were just as good as Sydney’s….
New Year is all about a new start, new goals, new ideas and resolutions. This year I thought that I’d hold myself more accountable and write down my resolutions here for you all to see. I actually like this time of year in terms of the reflection that happens…
