What type of Facebook Account should I set up?
Good Morning, Social Rabbit here with your guide to the world of social media.
When starting out on Facebook many businesses get confused about what they should be setting up… Social Rabbit to the rescue! Below is a table comparing Pages, groups and profiles, so hopefully after reading this you will have a much better idea of what you should be starting.
The basic rules are that profiles are for people, groups can be used for businesses, but are NOT as effective as pages. If you want a business presence on Facebook get a page. Remember the rule of any social networking site is work out what you want to achieve BEFORE you start, then you will be able to determine what the best way forward is for you.
Hopefully this table will make life easier for you, any other questions on what type of account, please ask in the comments….
